30-day returns

You may return any unused Aero Footrest in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Email returns@aerofootrest.com with your order number. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we'll replace it at no cost.
